Overview | This website is operated by Hannah Schuster, Esq., doing business as Schuster Law. By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
No Attorney-Client Relationship | Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice. Accessing this site, submitting a contact form, booking a session, or making a payment does not establish an attorney-client relationship between you and Schuster Law. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when both parties have executed a written engagement agreement. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through this website until an engagement has been confirmed in writing.
Session Booking & Payment | Sessions booked through this website require payment in full at the time of booking. Payment confirms your time slot only — it does not constitute a retainer, an engagement agreement, or legal representation. All sessions are subject to availability. Schuster Law reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation & Refund Policy | Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. If Hannah Schuster needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional charge.

If you are located outside New York, contact Hannah directly to discuss whether representation is possible in your matter.

Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Schuster Law is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
